My experience with TMS has been absolutely incredible - not only because the treatment worked so well for me, but because the entire process was made so comfortable and positive by the two amazing technicians who supported me throughout, Betty and Kea. Both Betty and Kea were exceptional at their jobs and created an environment that felt welcoming and relaxed.

Both Betty and Kea were consistently warm, kind, and reassuring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - from playing all my favourite music, to keeping the temperature of the room as cold as I liked (even when it was far too cold for them!). Kea's kindness and sense of humour turned what could have been a daunting experience into something I actually looked forward to every day! And Betty’s dedication and commitment to my betterment was inspiring and reassuring. Attending sessions every day for six weeks could easily have felt tedious but thanks to Kea and Betty it became something I genuinely enjoyed!

On the days where all three of us were together, our chats about life, the universe, and everything made the 20 minutes of discomfort go so quickly I started this journey feeling nervous: unsure if it would work, worried about pain or side effects, and anxious about the daily commitment. But Betty and Kea's patience, encouragement, and genuine care quickly put those fears to rest. Their support transformed what I expected to be a stressful process into one that felt easy, safe, and even fun! Most importantly, the treatment itself worked wonders!
